Chapter 7 cases
Fees range from $1500 to $2500 plus filing fee for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases. This fee can vary depending on circumstances involved.

Chapter 13 cases
Chapter 13 cases must follow court rules. A consumer Chapter 13 case requires $2500 to $3000 in addition to the filing fee.
